Research Assistant (short-term assignment) Brief job description This announcement is for a short-term research assignment in the area of microfinance (February-April 2004) with a possibility of extension into a permanent position. The main tasks of the Research Assistant will include - Collection of information from online and offline sources, - Analysis of gathered information, - Preparation of reports for Research Specialist, - Other tasks as necessary. The ideal candidate - Is a university graduate, - Has some research experience in the field of agriculture, - Is well-organized and self-motivated, - Has good analytical skills, - Is computer-literate and well experienced with Internet, - Has good knowledge of English as well as Ukranian/Russian languages, - Is based in Kyiv, - Owns a PC with Internet access.
