        Well-known western custom software development company starts search of full-time Lead Java Developer.
        Responsibilities:
        Develop design specifications for small Web and Enterprise applications or for components or subsystems within modest to large Web or Enterprise Applications.
        Demonstrated ability to write clean, well documented code.
        Demonstrated ability to engage in effective unit and system testing.
        Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to team lead and other team members.
        Ability to effectively document specifications.
        Required skills:
        From 4 years experience performing Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
        From 4 years experience working with relational databases, 2 years with MySQL specifically.
        From 4 years experience as a developer working with Servlet, JSP, EJB, JNDI, Struts, Unix and SQL.
        From 2 years experience working with Tomcat; Weblogic, Websphere or JBoss.
        From 1 year of experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, JTA, Axis, and Web services.
        From 1 year of experience working with Eclipse.
        From 2 years experience working with some UML tools like Rational Rose or TogetherJ.
        From 2 years experience working with version control systems like CVS or Subversion.
