International company is looking for IT specialists for work in Ireland on position of Hardware Development Engineers. The successful candidates will be involved in the development of new products in the broadband communications field. Product development will involve all aspects from product specification, implementation to production release. Essential Requirements: Good knowledge of English; 2+ years in an R&D environment preferably in the datacomms field; Experience in Microcontroller based systems design techniques; Good communication skills; Experience with CAD tools (PCB Design, Analog circuit simulation etc); An honours degree in Electronic /Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Other skills that would be a distinct advantage: Familiarity with broadband (xDSL, ATM) and Wireless (DECT, 802.11, Bluetooth) technologies; Knowledge of ISO9001 standards; Leadership skills. Salaries are from 2000 pounds per month.
