Higher education (business, economics, management); Qualification requirements: Higher professional education (business, economics, management); at least 3 years of results-oriented, project and team management experience; progressively responsible management experience with international donor-funded social sector development projects Strong knowledge of and experience with AIDS/HIV education, prevention, and treatment in Ukraine, particularly with social marketing issues Special knowledge and skills: Excellent project management skills and experience; knowledge of modern management principles and practices; strategy development to achieve project objectives; practical experience developping overall project budget, work plans; financial management in sphere of project management; practical use of planning methods and cash flow management; professional knowledge of financial and economical analysis methods, analysis of key indicators of project results; strong skills organizing and controlling work of project team; ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously; prior experience with staff assessment and performance evaluation; knowledge of legislative and normative acts of Ukraine; outstanding knowledge of donor organization activities; knowledge of HIV infection/AIDS/sexually transmitted diseases; prior work with state authorities and non-government organizations; outstanding partnership-building and interpersonal skills; outstanding skills in PC and computer software skills; Fluent English and Ukrainian Personal features: Dynamic team leader; Excellent organizational skills including high level of self-organization; ability properly prioritize and delegate to achieve goals; highly self-reliant with high level of responsibility; strong self-initiative and goal-oriented; excellent presentation and verbal and written communication skills; team player; ability to work under pressure |
