Assistant to the general director in Kiev Branch

Support of to the director in the administrative actions in the day to day operations:
- work with documents, agreements, treaties, invoices, orders, letters etc, prior to the signing by director;
- preparations of letters to clients and business partners for the general direcor;
- selection of the necessary information and documents for particular issues for general director;
Intermediary actions between client and executor (client-coordinator-programmer/designer) within the scope of a particular project.
Coordination of work of executors in order to ooptimize the work of many projects at a time.
Coordination of the meeting of general director.
Organization of business trips of general director and other staff of the company, organization of business trips of the partners:
- airplane tickets booking;
- hotels reservation;
- work with embassies to obtain visas for general director and other staff of the company;
- meeting in the airport;
- placements of guests in the hotels;
Planning of weekly agenda of general director.
Search and selection of qualified professionals to carry out one time and timely tasks.
Ordering of equipment , selection of suppliers.
Organization of corporate events (meeting of the staff, corporate parties).
Submitting the expenses reports for general director for Financial Department.

Sales Consultant. Representative of CHANEL Company in the Duty Free Shop of Boryspil Airport.

Selling of the products of the perfume section of the Duty Free Shop in Kiev.
Work with cash register.
