Liaison Representative/ Foreign Affairs Secretary Description: * Contacting the schools in Europe for educational cooperation and different exchange programs * Be responsible for the international office’s daily administration work: receiving and answering E-mail, carrying our the school’s communication work, typing, copying, handling students visits and complaints, purchasing students’ books, stationery and arranging the usual activity of student association, including travel and festival evening parties. Qualifications: - Good personal image, excellent communicative skills, friendly, adaptable quickly to the long-term international working environment - Additional skills in graphic design, webpage design, journalism and/or marketing are a plus - Proactive service attitude and willing to take up challenges and responsibilities - Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing priorities - Meticulous, close attention to details - A thorough knowledge of English, including good oral and written skills; (however, not required to be an English native speaker) - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively - Ability to work as a member of a team - Proficiency with computer skills is required, - Bachelor degree or above - No Chinese language skills required, but some basic Chinese would be a plus Language: English Exhibition Image Spokesman Participating at educational fairs mostly in China as well as abroad, receiving students, offering consultation to the fair’s visitors, distributing school’s brochures, etc Highlights: * We arrange travelling and sightseeing in China as well as assistance in Chinese language learning and practicing. * During the stay and training in China, you’ll be offered with accommodation and basic allowance.
